Hello Family just wrapped up its first year after the official launch in January of 2022. Hello Family is an information and resource hub for families with children (or expecting). Their umbrella of resources includes medical care for mothers (pregnancy and postpartum) and children, childcare resources, parenting help, and more.

It's been on the City's priority list for years, and in January, an innovative, first-of-its-kind coordinated group of support systems that will seek to improve outcomes for young children and their families in Spartanburg will become a reality as the City and its partners launch the Hello Family program.
The City of Spartanburg, regional health organizations, and community leaders came together to launch Hello Family, a continuum of services that work to reverse the trend of childhood poverty in their city.
